WATER ESSENCE
The Water Essence is phenomenal. I had many powerful experience with it and profound dreams……. But I think the thing I want to tell you most is that the Water Essence has helped me so much to feel myself in and as the Force, the flow, the powerful energy of the Universe and to feel this much of the time and very intimately. From the very beginning the Water Essence came through cellularly bypassing conceptual mind and opening me to a way of being very powerful and new …..like walking in to a landscape I could only have imagined or felt fleetingly before. I don’t mean to imply this is a totally ever present experience, but the power of it is felt almost continuously and the presence of the possibility is a breath away. So, thank you so very much for your perseverance to bring these elemental in essence form to the world. I am certain many people will benefit a great deal.

I felt a powerful emotional connection to this essence. The first thing that came to me was about my fear of water. I have felt for some time that I drowned in a past life, though I am not sure of the circumstances (something to do with the ocean and a large ship). The Water Essence helped me to see that my fear of water was not so much to do with the actual drowning death, but with the fact that I was not connected with Source/God/the Light in the lifetime when I drowned and that my fear is actually being separate from God. I felt that the Water Essence will help me to always be connected with Source even in future lifetimes. I no longer need to fear separation from Source.
I was told that we need to take the Water Essence first because human beings are born of water, from the first creation of life on our watery planet. Water nutures us, cleanses us, is vital for life force and without water we will die. Water helps us on our journey of the emotions. I was told that the journey of the emotions is the main purpose for the existence of the Life Stream which is the human race. Through emotions we are learning a deeper connection with Source, God, the Light, Water is deeply entwined with our Soul Journey.

I have used this essence twice. The first time the effects were noticeable but subtle.
A little bit of crying, dreams about anger, some processing and letting go of old ideas.
The second course, was powerful. I had some big emotional releases, I found
myself continuously spilling water out of cups, overflowing the bath etc. On the 3rd day of my first week I flooded the laundry in my mother's house. Later that evening I was having a Reiki treatment. During the treatment I lost control of my bladder (definitely NOT a usual occurrence for me.) I wound up completely saturated, I had a good laugh about it in the end. But I have to admit I was a little nervous about taking the Water Essence again during the White Light Essences workshop.

EARTH ESSENCE
I arrived at mum and dad's house ready to take mum on a drive to the beach (they live in the Adelaide hills) and to visit her sister. Dad was sitting in the kitchen, looking out at the garden. I asked him how he was feeling, and he replied, that he was feeling a bit anxious. This often occurs as he has very low oxygen. I gave him a squirt of Earth Essence, (he is quite used to me giving him some kind of essence, and is very open to them). Mum got ready to go out, and then said she was ready to go. Suddenly, Dad said he wanted to come with us. Now this was a complete surprise for us, as we have been asking him to accompany us on many a journey over the past two years, and he has only left the house to attend his 80th birthday picnic at the local park, and to attend one of his sisters' funeral. We gladly arranged for him to come with us! He seemed to enjoy the drive, and the views of the sea during our drive along the esplanade at Brighton, and sat listening to the conversation over a cuppa at my Auntie's house. He was a bit concerned about the time, but didn't get too stressed about it. On our arrival home, he went back to his place at the kitchen table, and asked a lot of questions about where we had been.
The following day I had arranged for my children and I to meet my mum in the city, and go to the art gallery. She caught the bus to town and we greeted her at the bus stop - and my dad! He had decided to come on another outing!
Since then, he has accompanied mum or other family members on many outings, and has been to church regularly (something that he has done for all of his life, but had given up in the last few years). We have seen a new lease of life in him, and are thankful that he is no longer sitting at home on his own, but coming with us, seeing his children and grandchildren, and getting his feet on the earth again!

I felt that Earth Essence is the perfect essence to use after the Water Essence as it will filter some of the stuff brought up by Water Essence. Any overflow could be absorbed by the Earth Essence. Water poured onto earth can be nurturing, allowing things to grow and bloom. That welling-up of emotional watery things (brought on by taking Water Essence ) can be put to good use to create fertility and facilitate growth.

After a few days the Earth Essence started helping me realise more healthier ways to think and be. I started working with those negative thought patterns brought up by Water and it helped me to change them to more positive ones.
On the second week of this Essence my energy and enthusiasm started coming back. So too, my creativity and was able to once again see the beauty of life. Not that I was depressed as such, it was more like the veil had been lifted and was able to see things with wonderful clear new eyes.
Summery: Earth Essence worked brilliantly with the Water Essence as Water helped me see my negative thoughts and patterns and Earth helped me to change these negative patterns to more positive ones.
I also had the sense that I had nothing to be afraid of and that I could do this, as sometimes releasing negative patterns can be a bit daunting. I felt grounded, loved and supported throughout the taking of this Essence.

FIRE ESSENCE
I was a bit hesitant to start this Essence when I was reaching the end of the Earth Essence. Had to ask myself the question of whether I wanted to move forward. I was tired and needed to work out whether I really wanted to heal my life and look deeply inside. After releasing ego and fear, the answer was yes…….
After accepting my personal challenge, fire got in and stared helping me lift the heaviness that I had still been carrying around. It helped me light the fires of my creativity and listen to my inner inspiration to move forward in my life.
It lit the fires that Water and Earth had already started, allowing me to think positively and start bringing in the things I had been working towards. I was filled with energy, enthusiasm and anticipation of the wonderful, positive things I was creating.
Summary: Complimenting the work of the Water and Earth Essences as Water showed me the patterns I needed to change, Earth showed me how to change them and Fire took me onto the next step of releasing them and the negative effects they had caused.

The journey with these amazing essences so far has been wonderful. I love the Australian Bush Flower Essences and use them with the greatest love and integrity I know how. I would like to share with you my latest experience with the Fire Essence. Having taken Water and Earth last year I felt I needed to return to the Bushies until now. Using the Bush Flowers had led me to a point where through daily dowsing and meditation I was guided to use ‘Fire’. I must say, a little apprehensive of what it might reveal, but at the same time very excited.
During the first couple of meditations whilst using Fire, I was able to connect with some very special people. In one of the most profound experiences; through meditation I saw myself standing on a massive rock, arms outstretched, yelling I love you – I love you. It echoed across the land. When I came to the bottom of the rock I was greeted by all these “life forms” and they all embraced me. It was very warming. There was a very strong presence of someone very special (he knows who he is!) and together we walked around the rock until we found an opening. We crawled through the opening; it then closed up behind us. There was a moment’s sense of being trapped; and yet not fearful – but a knowing that the way in was no longer the way out. That would be revealed. It was then I saw spirit leave the 2 bodies and there was an intense – ceremony – like exploration of the 2 spirits. It definitely felt very FIREY & PASSIONATE (yet not sexual). This went on for some time and then a new opening of the rock was shown to us. On the outside there was a parting of us and I was lead to a camp fire; (where another important person in my life sat.) As the conversation between us flowed there was an out-pouring of words and “stuff’ going into the fire – being burnt up in smoke. Like the Burning-off-the Dross sense. At the end of our conversation/re-uniting; there was a massive change in the environment and the dry, red, hot land turned green and luscious with flowers.
I had a few meditations where it appeared to be “burning off dross” & then revealing something much deeper, brighter and clearer. Many new things have been revealed to me, and many of my hopes and dreams for my life are seeming clearer and stronger than ever before. Still I know my journey continues and I am very excited about where I am going. I have now been guided to take the Air Essence after a few days break and will start that today. Certainly what Fire has revealed to me, at this stage is just a taste of my own possibilities!

Fire: I found this essence to be very powerful for the first night after taking it I dreamt of a Phoenix and awoke feeling like a completely different person. I had been feeling quite unmotivated but the Essence immediately shifted that feeling. I felt an incredible drive to get things done and all of the things I had been putting off suddenly became manifest. I used statements like, "I'm on fire"! I worked hard on my novel and found the passion to write had certainly been ignited. On the down side I found I was a little impatient of those around me who could not keep up. I heard myself saying things like "if you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen". I felt very focused on my own path and was unwilling to be slowed down or obstructed by anyone or anything.

AIR ESSENCE
My experiences while on the Air Essence have been that I don’t seem to limit my abilities any more. I am willing to work harder, and the ideas just keep flowing. I seem to have less ego issues with comparisons of where others are at in relation to me. I am happy to be just where I am, and really happy to see others being just where they are at. I have opened to more psychic abilities, with automatic writing becoming a natural thing for me to do. I am not using the pendulum like I used to. While feeling more relaxed about being able to access more psychic abilities, the Air Essence has still kept me grounded. It has given me the ability to deal with a situation that could have become emotionally charged, in a calm and controlled manner. It has enabled me to feel more in charge of my situations and to respect my position, and act on my inner guidance without allowing the ego to dominate my decisions.

Air helped me to know I was on the right path and to enjoy the positive things I had created with the help of the other Essences. Being on the other Essences was hard work compared to the Air Essence and by that time, emotionally I needed a bit of a break, which Air provided.
It also helped me release some niggly, annoying feelings I was having towards a few people. Things that I would normally let slide and not hold onto, but Air helped me realise that I was actually still holding onto them.
Summary: Air helped me see things and situations from a higher vantage point. It allowed me to step back emotionally and see people and situations as they are and release my expectations and just flow with what was going on around me, rather than swimming against it.

- A feeling that every painful situation is a gift and an opportunity to grow.

- Revelation that, here I am, waiting for my partner to change his ways and become more loving and affectionate, and yet he won't change. I just need to change my perspective and make myself happy. That was a moment of clarity. It's all very well to say it, but I really felt it.
- Bought a set of rosary beads. Considered prayer and pressing the bead. I had a past life recall whilst doing the rosary for the first time, very familiar action. I knew the prayers well and yet I have not done the prayers or rosary at all before. A sense of a nun at Glastonbury tore in at a moment of quiet reflection. An unshakeable trust and faith in a higher power and offering all worries and joy up to this power in an act of surrender. Realizing that the point of power is in the present moment.
- Reading about reframing things in a positive light in 'Personal Power Through Awareness' by Sanaya Roman channeling Orin, which seems to be complementing the essences well thus far.
- Getting lots of great ideas for artworks, power, vitality, colour, angels, chakras, Christ and the Shekinah. Past life artworks- quick glimpses of shapes and colour in my minds eye.

HIGHER SELF ESSENCES
I feel the Higher Self Essence speaks to us to pay attention to our thoughts, to not discount them as just dreams. In helping us to attune to higher frequencies it can work a bit like this opening in the roof letting in the light we need. From our vantage point in the room we see the changing skies from this one frame only. We have to wait and watch what 'comes into view from above'. Higher Self Essence takes us back outside. Here we can see all the changing sky, the sun, the clouds, the rain, the thunder of heavy storms. One thing passes on to another. We are still part of it all. So the 'fire the grid' meditation spoke for itself. Heaven on Earth. With the Higher Self Essence we can find ourselves more expanded in our connection with it all.

Devic Essence
The White Light Essences offer the possibility of clearing and working with your life path in several dimensions. They help you in a conscious way of the spiritual work you might be doing at the time. They help you release tired and old issues that have been lingering for ages in all dimensions. After the release has become conscious, you initiate another dimension. Here you begin to realize the direction you have taken and have been taking on your life path and help you re-orientate your self. These last essences (Devic) have helped me understand the changes done in this dimension, but on another level. The dreams clearly showed the change but with the added feeling of having made the change through out time. It is a feeling of success. They even showed me that a particular situation that could have happened during the day, and that was resolved one way, has a twist in another dimension. Maybe more compassionate, in other words, not at an emotional level.
I recommended the essences to be taken by people that have already began an
internal, serious, search. They accompany an evolution. I feel that if any one not
truthfully searching within and just looking for a magic wand, will not obtain the
benefits of the essences. The essences feel like guides, guiding. Seriously guiding. They offer an overwhelming sense of victory over oneself. Total empowerment over ones free will and consciousness. Not to be used for those that expect something sitting down and waiting.
Today I feel this great sense of liberation and a tremendous internal peace. But most importantly, very well grounded. In other words I do not feel out of place or floating. I feel I am One with creation.
The most evident changes, for those wondering if they are permanent after taking an essence:
- Great sense of freedom
- Ability to let go of things and situations, no matter how repetitive the situation had been
- Feeling of accomplishment
- Compassion, Union, Faith, feeling of being One with Creation
- Feeling of not being alone any more
- Direction. With this one I found out I was on my Life Path
- Internal Peace
My husband came home one evening and looked at me and asked me if I had done something to myself ... No I said. You look different! My children must also be experiencing the same thing, because their attitude has changed too. They are more ...peaceful. Even though they keep quarreling, there is this hidden sense of Peace.
To put in words (or even writing) all that its happening is difficult. I have attained a sense that all this is normal, and no longer remember what it was like to be different or not normal (in other times called "normal"). I am able to observe without judging, allowing things to Be. I see things from another dimension, with out being "above". I am within and letting things be themselves. I know I still have a lot of work ahead, but I also know I have cleaned up and put together a lot of fragments.
I did stop for two weeks to take the liver cleansing essence recommended by you. I promptly noticed how the speckles that I had around my chest and neck were disappearing. They also offered me a sense of calmness and clarity. After that I was told to move on to the next WL essence. So this is the story of my experience up till now.

ANGELIC ESSENCE
I have had wonderful experiences taking the Angelic Essence. I don’t think I have ever felt so connected with the universe. I feels like being in Heaven … on Earth. It is like – yes I am – living here in the polarity but there is a part of me that is connected with the Oneness of all every levels I can feel the protection of my Guardian Angel like a coat in the aura. I understand that we can get hurt on a physical or emotional level during our life time (and I sure did) but this only happens because we are not tuned into our guardian angel’s voice, and we try to do it all by ourselves, with the conscious mind. So, the exercise is devotedness, to let it flow!
This for me improved once I had started doing energy work, and released a lot of stress from the past. But now it has got even better. At times when things are really stressful, there is this grounded silence within myself that helps me to cope and to trust that there will be a good solution and that I will be able and prepared to find it and to do what needs to be done.
I have just spent two weeks in Greece on Zakynthos Island. That gave me time to fully experience the Angelic Essence.
I think Angelic started to reactivate all the qualities of all the Essences that I had taken previously – Water, Earth, Fire and Devic. It feels as though the rainbow from Putucussi is standing above my time line. Also, my awareness and perception have changed. After one day of driving around and exploring the island, I felt at home and safe. I felt the presence of the undines, devas and sylphs – it was magic!

Another thing I noticed while in this essence was recalling events from my childhood that I had forgotten or not thought about for a very long time.
I really enjoyed being on this essence. When it came time to take my second essence I wanted something completely different from the Water Essence, which I found quite difficult, though very rewarding. I wasn't feeling strong enough to go through another experience like that. I selected Angelic just because it felt right to do so. For me it was a very good second essence.
